My great-granddaughter will be a year old in July and I can't wait to see her! She's walking now and I haven't seen her since she was about one month old. Her mom and dad are giving her a birthday party.They live in Arkansas, so it will be a tiresome trip, but well worth it!!! I'm so happy!

Have an awesome time Jane - and if it's okay - can we see a picture of her? I know some people don't like posting pictures of family on the internet, so if that is your choice, that's fine I understand.

Kim, Thank you for understanding! I would love for you and Kora to see her picture, but you never know who else will see it that you definitely wouldn't want to see it.
More good news for me.......Her parents are having another little girl in February. I'm so happy about that!!! Looking at the sonogram I don't know how on earth "they" can tell! I SURE CAN'T!

You are the sweetest person. What a wonderful legacy for a new baby to get. : )
Christmas is going to be awesome at your house ....I'm so glad your grandson and his lovely wife will be there Saturday. Bet you can hardly wait. : )

Hey Tops...where is that grandbaby and have you bought it a cowboy hat yet? Nash, my great-granddaughter lives in Arkansas. I'm not sure how her mom would feel about buying her a cowboy hat....she's from New Jersey, but she didn't want to live there! My grandson, of course, is from Texas and he would have loved to live in Texas, however, they both love living in Arkansas. They met at Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. Both of them are school teachers. My grandson said he was born to teach and I believe it! |
