That's What I Said - a very early number (circa 1962) by the often-underrated Dave Clark Five, led by Mike Smith's muscular vocals.

Catch Us If You Can - this stereo mix is actually better than the released mono mix.

Doctor Rhythm a song that sounds a little like Gretchen Wilson's Redneck Woman.

At The Place - one of the most haunting numbers they ever did.

The DC5's clever instrumental takeoff of the 1950s rock instrumental Tequila

Thanks Monkees fan for keeping these great bands alive...they certainly transport me to a more soft and sensible time! I was wondering if you are called monkey or something along that line...you know...from your friends?

Indeed it is, Jolene. The best part is the Five's cover captures not only their own distinct sound (notably Rick Huxley's bass, Mike Smith's keyboard riffs, and Denis Payton's tender sax) but it also shows real respect for the original - I always thought George Benson's 1970s cover was too good-timey.

I Knew It All The Time - a rare DC5 track with a female backing chorus.
