No... I prefer no jewlery at all.
Though I do have a chest of silver rings... bracelets...chains...and all sorts of gear.
Just no need to wear it anymore.
I did see where they have stones from Mt St Helens volcano made into Jewlery.
It looks like Emerald...beautiful.
Also I have a rhinestone suit...does that count?

When hubby and I got married, he wanted matching gold bands. I'm not a jewelry person so whatever he wanted worked for me. It's not something I'd ever given any thought too.
So I wear the same gold wedding band I've worn for almost (in a couple of weeks) 26 years.
It's the only jewelry I wear.
How about you Miranda? Are you a jewelry person?

I wear four rings and a watch.
The watch is a stainless steel Citizen EcoDrive solar watch. It's great for me because I have always had problems keeping a battery running in a watch. They usually quit after a few weeks. But the battery in this watch is charged by the light so it never has to be changed. I've had it for three years now which is a record for me. LOL
The rings are a silver Celtic trinity knot ring, a silver green emerald flower ring (birthstone), a silver ring with a row of little back diamonds and a row of little white diamonds (got it for $20 at Kay because it had been reduced down from $100), and a rose gold and silver ring with a twisted design with a row of diamonds. It's the only piece of jewelry I've ever bought for myself. The twisted gold looks like a funnel cloud and the diamonds around it look like debris. Bought it after the tornado here but never realized until after the fact what it resembled.
I don't have pierced ears and I don't like to wear necklaces.
i really like yellow gold better than sterling silver but they don't have much yellow gold jewelry in jewelry stores anymore.

The tornado was such a major event in your life, it seems appropriate to have a design in your jewelry.
Our wedding bands have a wheat design on them. Since we're both from Kansas and wheat country, it seemed exactly right.

I had an expensive engagement/wedding ring set, but I lost the diamond wedding band. I still have the big diamond engagement ring and have pondered trading it in at Kay for a piece of jewelry I can actually wear but I cannot bring myself to do it even after all these years. I wish I could.
I also had a plain gold wedding band and lost it a few days before my decision to divorce. LOL
The plain band turned up again several months later though. Never did find the diamond band.

I wouldn't be the person to tell anyone to get rid of a stone.
Thirty years ago I was walking along and saw a two inch rock which I thought looked exactly like a footprint. I picked it up and started carrying it. I have carried that rock with me in every purse I've ever owned ever since.
What you carry along with you in life doesn't need to make sense to anyone but you.

One of fhese days I will get rid of that engagement ring when I feel I am able to. I don't want it now whatsoever. But I can't make myself part with it either.
I used to wear my high school class ring until recently.

Two rings, toe ring and a silver bracelet I bought in Europe plus multiple small earrings. I have my ex-husband's class ring on my key ring. It's always been there, most likely always will be.
