A Beef Stew with a Mexican twist
Ingredients: 1 Onion 2 Jalapeño's 2 Celery Sticks 1 Tomato 1-2 lbs Stewing Beef 1 Can Tomato Juice (540ml - 19oz) 1 Can Water 1 Cup Salsa 2 tbsp - Knorr Caldo De Tomate
Directions: 1 Onion (Chopped) 2 Jalapeño's (Chopped) 2 Celery Sticks (Chopped)
Fry this up with some Oil/Lard till cooked. I add the tomato once everything else is fried, that way they don't get so super soft. add: 1 Tomato (Chopped)
1-2 lbs Stewing Beef (Depending on how much beef you like. I did about 1 ½
Cook the beef with 1 ½ tbsp Salt & Water. I used a Pressure Cooker. (Use whatever gets the job done!)
After Cooking the beef, drain, and add the Veggie mixture to the beef.
Also add 1 can of tomato juice (540ml 19oz), and that same can of water.
Add approx 2 tbsp - Knorr Caldo De Tomate.
Stir all this up and bring to a boil. Let simmer for about 15-20 minutes to blend all the flavors.
*Notes* Knorr Caldo De Tomate
I know its available in Walmart's in the States.

Sounds good. You like Mexican!!! And spicy food!!! So do I, and I like spicy Chinese and Indian, too.

Hey Kora, Yeah I do love Mexican, and spicy! My boss once told me, the only way she could get me to try anything new was to add "Mexican" to the title! lol
