I know this guy is unpopular for his political views and such...gut I am taking my wife to the show tonight.

At a place called Georges...this just the beginning of our weekend.

I used to watch him all the time in Memphis...this tour is the 20th anniversary of his first album...

"Songs From The Daily Planet"...which was a club owned by a barefoot Prince Mongo in downtown.

Long story about the Daily Planet...but I'll share some live videos from other shows...

On a scale of 1-10 I would rate it a two...

Not being too critical when you have to stand 40 deep just to watch some dude tell everyone how much that they don't conform to the way of thinking.

The performance was good I think...but we left after 30 minutes into the act.

Greetings Georges...

Just wanted to thank your crew for hosting Todd Snider last night. Such a wonderful night planned for my wife and I. From the moment that I was turned away at the door because of my camera that I proudly displayed to the staff at the door... this camera was with me at well over 100 shows to with no problem whatsoever...not at Georges my friend.

Now question...is it house policy or artist policy about cameras...that are UNprofessional...kinda like the staff...unrelenting in the battle to be proven wrong I suppose. but what about this Photo Pass.
again...this camera has a irremovable lens!

Thanks to you... big bartender who tended to me last and like it was a problem ... motioned a back slap at my face because he mistaken my order for a draft instead of a bottle...your bad dude!

Though I betcha you a dollar that every staff member was frothing to straighten up any altercation.....I am not there every night .and most likely will never be there again...so I don't know.

Hey... I only had one beer because I was there for the show...but I did not think that I would have to stand during the whole show. We left after 30 minutes...old injuries to both my wife and I makes it impossible to stand for longer periods...we are seniors...not from college...but of life...we are in our 50's.

You guys should really tone down your staff...you know...they know...if they don't know...or you don't know...then everyone should know...agreed?

Here's to Georges...the place that caters to no one...but give them 7 ones... and you will be treated like a minion...you know?

By the time you look up that word...I'll have my 3rd draft...no... no... no..I mean a written draft not a beer.

Well shoot Michael....that's a heckuva bad concert experience. I can understand why you won't be going back to that venue.

You are certainly not alone Jo...lotsa folks don't like him...to me he is a bad habit.

I am going to send a follow up letter soon...retracting blame on any of their staff.

I would like to place the blame on the owner Brian Crowne his self...too cool for school.

The need to rewatch "Road House" same stuff going on.

This is just a follow up to my last message that I sent you last weekend.

You know the guy who was mad at your staff...and complained?

I want to retract the blame on any staff member...I accept all the blame in blaming you.

If it wasn't my idea to take my wife out for Valentines day...all would be good now.

Even though your staff is overworked and underpaid and totally mismanaged...they make it work somehow.

It makes me think that the staff and yourself are just plain burnt out...that is understandable.

You might not know this Brian...but I have never ran a club or anything on the level as you.

Even your last name symbolizes royalty...maybe a bit out of touch with the side walkers?

Anyway I have seen many ways to improve the Georges experience...immensely...we should talk.

You know...that is....if you can ever break away from your other endeavors.

Glad that you watched the whole thing Jo...All the ones you saw where the culprits...lol...that was the bartender and door guy of which I complained about.

I gave it a lot of thought and retracted everything I said...by simply saying "Sorry Brian..I want to help."

He texted back..."come by sometime"...they probably want to beat my butt.

They will have to climb that tree out back if they do.
