This is my favorite show of all time. I have warched it from the beginning and I have all the seasons on DVD. It's set in Eastern Kentucky so there are a lot of familiar references for me. And I am in love with Raylan Givens!

We go to a Presbyterian Church now and each week during the service we'll recite the Apostle's Creed with the rest of the congregation and when we get to "the quick and the dead", somehow Clint Eastwood and Raylan Givens always comes to my mind. : )
...the whole creed goes like this:
I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth.

Raylan Givens is the ultimate lawman. the first episode where he gave that guy orders to get out of Miami within 24 hours or be shot... That is what got me hooked! You do not mess with Raylan Givens!

LAST EPISODE next week... Dadgone, it is going to be hard to say goodbye to Raylan and Boyd. If there is ever another show that I love as much or more, it would shock the daylights out of me.

This is the sixth season and they said they wanted to to end it while it was still good, because they felt they had covered all the ground they could with these characters. Next week will be the big finish. The recurring them of the show is "You'll Neve Leave Harlan Alive" and next week we will finds out who doesnt leave Harlan alive. LOL

I hope so. There are a couple off secondary characters I would like to be explored (if they are are not killed off in the finale).

Isn't Boyd the character played by the actor who used to be on The Shield?
