No offense to the coffee drinkers but coffee has always made me queasy so I learned early not to drink it.

It is really good Jo. I've tried a lot of different flavors and this one is my favorite along with apple pie flavor

wow....I hadn't heard that Miss Jo. That doesn't even sound good.
I think they have bacon flavored everything out there and while I love bacon (who doesn't?), some of the bacon flavored stuff sounds really awful.

Apparently it's a huge trend called Bulletproof coffee. If you don’t know what this is, then it is a recipe for a coffee drink that replaces breakfast: 2 cups of coffee. 2 tablespoons (at least) of grass-fed, unsalted butter. 1-2 tablespoons of MCT oil. All mixed in a blender.

Yes, I have been reading about the butter trend. It's not something I would want to try. I put coconut oil in mine. The processed kind, not the kind that actually tastes like coconut oil. It's good for the immune system. I swear, I think it kept me from getting sick last winter when the flu season was so bad here.
I for one would be willing to try bacon flavor coffee. I think it sounds good. I enjoy eating bacon with my coffee. LOL

I drink my coffee black. I tell my hubby my brain doesn't wake up 'til I've had my coffee. I drink HALF-CAF in the morning and DE-CAF if I drink any the rest of day. Also drink water and that's just about it.
