One of my New Year’s resolutions was to get healthier, and with getting healthier, maybe also lose some weight. I decided I was too young to feel so old. And then I was introduced to Plexus. Congratulations on taking charge of your health Tina. That's awesome. : )
A few years ago my blood sugar, blood pressure, eczema and asthma were a mess. I got back into walking again, changed my diet, lost some weight and reversed everything except for the asthma. It improved too...I take half the meds for it I took a few years ago.
It is so awesome when you start feeling better.

What a great day! First being able to fit in my jeans comfortably, the ones that were to tight for comfort! And then having someone ask me if I had lost weight! That just made my day! I use the Plexus products also. I get them through my friend Ashley (she used to post on CWO - huge Keith Urban fan). They are a great product and work well.
