That's awesome Miranda. Are you going to start running marathons? Or do you already run them?

No, I'm not running in marathons. Actually, I don't run at all. I just walk LOL

A woman after my own heart. I'm a fan of walking myself.

I just don't really have much time to dedicate to running and I know I wouldn't keep it up in the winter months. Walking is something you can do around the house.

You probably have a lot of winter where you live.
I've had allergy triggered asthma for 35 years and, like you, I can always walk inside when air is an issue. I've been getting allergy shots for almost 20 years now and they've helped a lot. It's only been in the past year they were able to give them to me full strength because of my reactions to them.
I'm allergic to cats, dogs, horses, birds, bugs, grass, trees, flowers and mold. I'm sure I've forgotten something. My shots are for 39 allergens.
Running doesn't really work for me.

Yeah most of the time it gets pretty cold here in the winter. Sometimes it snows a lot too. The only time it wasn't cold and snowy was the winter before the tornado. Then it was very mild. At the time I thought it was great but I realize now that is probably what caused the tornado

Well that sucks. Just when you thought you were getting a break, it was the opposite.
What's the elevation where you live?

....and here they forecasted so much for us today and it's been raining but it's just been steady. There is some flooding but it's not major.
Patricia pushed the bulk of rain just off the coast of Brownsville and into the Gulf of Mexico. The Gulf got 15 to 20 inches of rain today but it's the Gulf.
there were Four tornadoes here today but they were isolated. One of them took out a strip mall.

I bought a wrist fit to track my sleep patterns. I think I'm getting the right number of hours, but the quality has been marginal. And I'm tired of being tired! I did make some changes so the quality is better!

I won three separate workweek Fitbit challenges last week!
My Fitbit tracks sleep too, but it's not prompted me to change my sleeping habits. I can only sleep about six hours. If I go to bed earlier I just wake up earlier.
