I've had significantly disturbed sleep patterns for several years probably due to all the stress. As the stress lessens my sleep improves. My internal clock is still reasonably accurate.

I won three separate workweek Fitbit challenges last week! My Fitbit tracks sleep too, but it's not prompted me to change my sleeping habits. I can only sleep about six hours. If I go to bed earlier I just wake up earlier. Congratulations Miranda.  |

A few years ago I wasn't sleeping more than 4 hours a night. I'm back up to 8 hours again. Stress will do that. I hope it continues to improve for you Laurie. |

I went on a long walk today because it was about 75 degrees here today. It's supposed to start raining and flooding tomorrow though.

How much rain are you supposed to get Miranda? Is it going to be serious flooding or low level along the riverbank flooding? Do you have a lot of problems with flooding where you live?

It was pretty serious flooding in some places today, but the water did not get that high here. We typically do not have problems with flooding here, but over the summer we did. The water made it up to my house but it didn't get in it back in July. That same week several people died in a flood in a nearby county.
