She hosted the VMAs on MTV this week. Wearing a bunch of weird, practically naked outfits and talking about doing drugs right with her parents in the audience watching. She did a porn-like photo shoot with interview magazine which I will not go into the details about. Her new video is physically sickening. I think that covers all of her recent activities LOL

I went and watched the beginning of her new video and MTV performance online and voted she is trying to stay relevant. I guess when one of your role models is Madonna, trying to shock in the name of art would be somehow seen as relevant. I'm probably too redneck to appreciate shock value.  |

I think part of it is about trying to stay relevant, but I think she has issues too. Really I think her public deterioration is sad.

I think she needs a good spanking. If her parents had paid any kind of attention to her she might not be so bad. She's just craving attention - of any kind.

She has no morals or values. Anything goes. Sad to see what has become. She's got some set on her to do all that right in front of her parents, and the world. I feared my parents ... in a God fearing way. I wanted to please not shock.

She seems to be displaying symptoms of some sort of mental disturbness. When folks get used to all the fame and fortune and in her case attention... They will go to any lengths to release something in the brain that makes them feel good again. She is chasing that dragon...that one that leads you to an eternal search for acceptance. It is kind of sad that we are witnessing the slow demise of a (fill in the blank).  |

I agree with you Michael. I think Miley is mentally disturbed. Part of it is drugs and part of is because of her childhood. A kid shouldn't have to provide for her entire family, which is basically what Miley was doing. I don't care if she was a billionaire before she turned 18. It's not right. Billy Ray and his wife have become greedy lowlives who allowed Miley to start down this path of depravity at a young age – because they got hooked on the Hollywood lifestyle. They are far worse than the Kardashians when it comes to pimping out their own children if you ask me.
Compare that to Taylor Swift. She didn't have to keep up her family. Her parents were responsible people who supervised and provided for their children, unlike Billy Ray and Tish. Which is why Taylor Swift is a decent human being as an adult and not a hot mess like Miley. Miley will be dead long before she ever reaches 30 IMO
