The simplest dessert ever! And its soooo good though!! Ingredients:Instant Banana Pudding (106g) Fruit Cocktail (398ml) Whipping Cream (473ml) (or however much you want, I usually just "eyeball" it) Mix pudding according to instructions, whip the whipping cream with 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 teaspoon Vanilla. Whip till a nice thick consistency. Once pudding is thick enough, mix with the whipped cream. Drain fruit cocktail and add to pudding mixture.

No actually I didn't. I usually make it when I make Mexican Chicken Casserole it really helps "cool down" the casserole. It goes very good together.

Oh Tina, that sounds so good too. I went and read the recipe you linked. The day before yesterday, our Sunday school teacher brought a Rosca de Reyes (Three King's Cake) to celebrate Epiphany. They are really common here and are in all the grocery stores. I don't remember seeing them in other places we've lived but maybe that's changed over the years. We've been in Texas a long time now. Ours actually had the three wise men on it but here's a picture of one with baby Jesus.
