This show is STELLAR! Big venue (basketball arena), packed house. There is no opening act, just Eric & his band for 2 1-1/2 hour sets, short intermission. He has more than enough music, conversation & ego (I mean that in a good way) to rock the house for 3 hours.
New stuff, old stuff, salute to the local music scene (since this was northern California, Creedence Clearwater's "Stuck In Lodi") and "Pledge Allegiance to the Hag".
He's loud, gritty, personable and very charming in an outlaw sort of way. His band is made up of old rockers, and they are amazingly talented. He also has a personal relationship with Jack Daniels, not sure about the extent of that. He interacts with the fans and it's obvious he loves what he does.
