My hubby has been sober for three years now. My health problems have been largely reversed through lifestyle changes. I still take my blood sugar each day but it's been normal for over a year now with no medication. A far cry from the 350 I had two years ago. My high blood pressure has been gone for a year and a half. If anything, it runs a little low these days. I had to let go of stress. It was the healthy thing to do. |
