It is a Netflix show.
We gave up cable tv and started watching Netflix instead. Saved us $60 a month and I like it better. We watch it on tv but son and his girlfriend have long shared the same account and always watch it on their computers.
Just think Miranda...no commercials. : )

Not a huge lover of Little Big Town's music - but I do like this song. If you listen carefully to the words you can plainly see it's not suggesting what the controversy is all about.

That's what keeps me from getting it. Though my ex had Netflix when they sent DVDs through the mail and we watched an entire series via mail order LOL

Yes you can see that if you listen to it, but I also think it is written in such a way to purposely cause uproar among the ignorant. Some people just hear certain parts of it and dont hear anything else. I think the writers know this would happen and were probably counting on it. LOL

Miranda,
I thought that for a very long time and it kept us tied to cable. Then I thought, let's just try the free 30 day Netflix offer and see which we watch more.
From there, I decided to order a digital tv antenna from Amazon (about $50). You just hook it to your tv and it sticks on your wall with a couple of included pieces of sticky tape....it's flat and comes with a long cable so you can stick it in a closet or a corner near your ceiling.
Turns out that we can get dozens and dozens of on air stations with the digital antenna. After I sorted through them and only kept my favorites on the list we ended up with about a dozen stations which we watch. On my fav list are ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox26, PBS radio (classical), This, Justice, Ant TV, Escape, Cozi, Ion, MeTv, GetTv, Grit and a couple others which I'd have to look up to see what network they go with.
What I've found though is that I turn on the tv to on air stations less than I used to because Netflix is so addictive. But we do have all that other and I like watching Steve Harvey in the afternoons. I would say I miss HGTV but Netflix has HGTV shows on it so I just watch them. They aren't the newest ones but I don't care.
If your not sure Miranda, and just want to think about it, try the free 30 day thing with Netflix and watch it on your computer to see if you like it. You can always cancel it before the trial periods over but it's cheap if you don't. I just looked at my credit card bill online and we pay $8.65 a month for Netflix. That's the online streaming only service. We don't do the DVD's in the mail part.
There were a few gaps though when I first started...seasons of shows that I was devoted to that didn't fit in with our new tv plan. For those, I used Amazon to fill in the blanks. If you have Amazon prime, you get a ton of "free" (included with Prime) movie and tv selections and that covered a lot of the gaps. On two shows which still fell through the cracks for me, I used Amazon streaming to watch them on my tv and/or computer. You can either pay by the season or by the episode and since I had just a few episodes to finish out the shows, I spent probably another $20 streaming those from Amazon each week. They're usually available a day after they air for the first time.
There are ways to make it work for a lot less money than what cable tv costs. It just takes a little bit of rearranging.
Let me give you an example. You mentioned "Breaking Bad"...Netflix has 5 seasons of it available to stream. You put it on your list, you hit play and you can watch all five seasons, back to back, no commercials and with a 20 second delay between episodes before it automatically takes you to the next episode.
Justified isn't available for streaming on Netflix but when you use search for it it recommends a ton of other shows that you might like since you are interested in Justified. Longmire (loved that show), Breaking Bad, The Following....there's like 30 or so recommendations. You do a profile of what you like and rate shows as you watch them and then they pop up with new recommendations that you might also like. It's like having tv cater to you rather than trying to figure out what to watch from the program guide.

Miranda,
When I googled way back when about the songwriters, they knew and talked about whether or not they should go where the song goes.

I saw some people on Facebook talking about a Roku box and I wondered if it had anything to do with Netflix. I have all the seasons of Justified, Breaking Bad and Deadwood on DVD. Justified and Deadwood are two of my favorites that I would want on DVD regardless, but if I'd had Netflix I wouldn't' have spent the money on the Breaking Bad DVDs. I'd like to see the show Longmire. I've heard that both the TV show and the books are good.

We made the change to Netflix at the same time our old tv died so we went ahead and got a smart tv which has Netflix, Amazon and a bunch of other services already loaded. With it, all you do is turn on the tv and it's there. There are, of course, all sorts of price ranges for smart tv's. We went very basic with a Vizio from Sam's Club. It was $228. I think this one at Walmart.com is it: www.walmart.com/ip/VIZIO-E320i-B2-32-720p-60Hz-Full-Array-LED-HDTV/33054746But we just chose the one that was in stock at the time we wanted it. It's worked really well for us and we've had it over a year without any problems at all. You don't need to have a smart tv though. If your tv has a USB port, there are all sorts of devices you can buy to plug into the port and turn your tv into a smart tv. Or...you can just watch it on your computer by going to www.netflix.com and signing up and you can start watching in 5 minutes. There's also a website that will tell you what over the air channels you'll get according to where you live. I found it by reading one of the reviews for the Amazon basic digital antenna. Let me see if I can find that for you.

Miranda, I loved Deadwood. The guy who plays Raylan Givens also played the sheriff on Deadwood. That's why I started watching it LOL A lot of people from Deadwood have appeared on Justified.

That's a most excellent reason. : )
HBO is just about to start offering it's programming alacarte. Until now you had to have cable to get it but that's changing.
