Thanks Jolene. Service for Uncle was reasonable uneventful, saw lots of cousins I haven't seen in ages. Just need to keep moving forward... I know it's still hard and you will always miss them. |

Today I'm importing new (and old) music into my Itunes library. Really liking the new Martina and Jennifer Nettles album. Found an old Ray Price and an early Cherryholmes album at the used book store a while back.

Jolene, so glad to "see" you! I've been missing you. I've thought a lot about you and your mom and hoping everything is OK! I don't post a lot, but I do check in often to see what's happening.

Sheesh - insurance division for the state is on my back about the April crash - had to get copy of the accident report - now waiting for the insurance division to contact me again.

Well, Wednesday was daughter's due date - but alas, still no baby. She was talking to her dad earlier today and if sho doesn't go into labor in the next couple of days they are going to induce her on Tuesday.

Thanks Jane. My daughter and son-in-law live about an hour away from me. My son and his fiance just bought a house in the same area and move in next year. Once they are gone hubby and I are selling our house and buying a condo closer to them, but not in the same area as I'm still working and don't want too long of a drive.

Thanks Jane. My daughter and son-in-law live about an hour away from me. My son and his fiance just bought a house in the same area and move in next year. Once they are gone hubby and I are selling our house and buying a condo closer to them, but not in the same area as I'm still working and don't want too long of a drive. Kim, you are fortunate that your daughter lives that close to you and can visit pretty often. My grandson and his wife and their 2 little daughters live in the northwest part of Arkansas so we don't get to see them but maybe once or twice a year. They might get to come down sometime this summer. They are both school teachers so they are pretty confined until the summer months. Thank goodness for pictures, but it's just not the same. This is off-topic, but is youneverknow (Jolene) still on here? I haven't seen her in awhile. I don't post a lot, but I come here a lot! I know her mom hasn't been well. I hope she's O.K. |
